1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and invoices.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or non-working products. The video must start before the package is opened and continue without any cuts or edits until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.

• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery.

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

• Return requests made after the 7-day return period.

• Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items without the required unboxing video.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability and successful verification of your claim.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
