1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order only before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Our team will verify the order status and inform you whether the cancellation request can be processed.

3. Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

5. Order Refusal

Kryon Home Solution reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailable or out of stock

• Pricing or technical errors

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Any other reason deemed necessary for business or security purposes

In the event that a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
